Conan The Accountant is the experimental solo project of NYC-based guitarist Ben Fitts, also of the alternative rock band War Honey. For years, Fitts explored experimental, ambient, and noisy guitar textures with his band War Honey, pushing his guitar as far as he could during interludes and dramatic moments in the band's sets and recordings. In early 2024, Fitts decided to start a solo project dedicated to taking his guitar experimentations ever further, and Conan The Accountant was born. Since then, Conan The Accountant has both performed and released recordings regularly, and has quickly established itself as part of NYC's experimental music scene.
